One-time setup in the Shopify theme editor. After this, buyers customize on your live product page.

  1. Click Add to theme (one time) — Shopify opens your product template and adds ShopCustomizer as its own section.
  2. Drag that Section under Product information (above Recommended products).
  3. Click Save (top right in the theme editor).
  4. Open your product on the live store and hard-refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R).
Do not: add ShopCustomizer inside Product information → Add block (narrow layout). Don’t click the button again if the customizer is already on the page (creates duplicates).
